The centre offers a wide range of services including providing information on attractions, activities, tours and general advice about directions, weather conditions and accommodation. They also provide a range of detailed maps concerning the Grampians Region including walking trails, camping spots and lookout points.

The Ararat and Grampians Visitor Information Centre also sells a range of souvenirs and public toilets for those taking a break after a long drive.
