Grampians Olive Co

The Grampians Olive Co is one of the oldest and most established olive groves in Australia.

Founded in 1943, the establishment is family-run, using heritage trees and utilising dryland organic farming to make the most out of a Mediterranean climate to produce world-class olive oils.

Through the decades, it has become known as the top olive producer in all of the Grampians and has been recognised through numerous awards. If you appreciate a good olive oil, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Quality over quantity is the philosophy behind Grampians Olive Co. Not only are they of excellent quality, but their olive oils are also outstandingly balanced in terms of flavour. Other terrific olive products offered in their farm shop include infused oils, artisan vinegars, and table olives. Honey, dukkah, and seasonal preserved is on offer as well.

Visitors are encouraged to enjoy their lunch platters while taking in the gorgeous surroundings. Better yet, book a tour to learn about the process making olive oil, and you’ll have a better appreciation of olive oil. The best time to visit is from May to June, which is harvest season; during these months you can even witness the team as they cold-press fresh organic olives and turn them into oil. In fact, the press used here is the only one of its kind in the region.
