Grampians Ride to Remember

The Grampians Ride to Remember is an annual event where the community comes together to ride their motorcycles starting from Ararat and around the Grampians region. The ride raises money for the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation.

Each year, more than 300 people join the ride, and this year the event will attract hundreds of community members to raise money for this worthy cause.

Grampians Ride to Remember – 2020 Dates & Entry Fee, Ararat to Halls Gap

The Ride commences in Barkly St, Ararat at 9am sharp and travels on all sealed roads through the rural countryside within the Ararat Rural City and Pyrenees Shire Council municipalities. The Ride takes in roads along the edges of the magnificent Grampians National Park and travels through the towns of Willaura, Wickcliffe and stops at Lake Bolac for a 45 minute Morning Tea.

This then continues onto Streatham and Eurambeen Rd, and then turns onto the Western Highway through to Buangor (a Water Stop), before heading back to Ararat, via Warrak, for a relaxing BBQ in the Alexandra Gardens. The Ride route will take in some spectacular scenery; including both the Challicum Hills and Ararat Wind Farms.

Your registration includes lunch and a bottle of water. The event acknowledges and pays respect to Victorian Police officers who are killed in active duty and money raised will be donated to the Blue Ribbon Foundation to fund medical equipment at Ararat Hospital.

So if you have a registered motorbike and are fully licenced, come and join this event in the beautiful Grampians and donate to a great cause!
