Pitch Music & Arts Festival 2025 Dates, Music Programme & Ticket Prices

Pitch Music & Arts is a distinct blend of sonic soundscapes & curated art selections that will take place March 8-12.

An ode to self-discovery, creativity, and inclusion, People of Pitch will reunite over four indulgent days of music, arts, and camping at our home at the foothills of the Grampian plains.

This instalment will feature a dynamic programme of esteemed international artists and local pioneers across three multi-faceted stages. Experience state-of-the-art sound systems and architecturally designed builds, and immerse yourself in an amalgamation of genres manifested through the ever-evolving manipulation of sounds.

Food & Drink

Pitch Music & Arts bars will open on Friday afternoon and serve cocktails, a range of popular beers, and premix drinks throughout the weekend. Pitch Music & Arts will again be BYO—this is strictly limited to 24 cans OR 1 bottle of spirits per person. Please note that glass is banned. If you are bringing a bottle of spirits, it must be decanted into a reusable water bottle. Free drinking water is available at various sites throughout the event and the camping grounds.

Pitch Music & Arts will have several food vans and stalls operating throughout the day and night. Options will be available to accommodate various dietary requirements, whether vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or otherwise. If you do not wish to purchase food at the event, you can bring your own. There is no limit to the amount of food and/or non-alcoholic drinks you can bring to Pitch Music & Arts.

There will be a General Store onsite for any items you may have forgotten. The store will have last-minute needs, including toiletries, food and drink items, and basic camping equipment. Please note that items are limited, and it’s highly suggested that you come prepared with everything you need for the weekend.

Camping

A General Admission ticket includes standard camping at the festival; no additional camping ticket is required at Pitch Music & Arts. Campgrounds operate on a first-come, first-served basis and can not be reserved or allocated for patrons before or at the festival.‍

The site is surrounded by large gum trees with huge branches, often resulting in gum trees dropping their limbs without warning. To ensure you and your friends are situated in a safe location, you should avoid camping under any large trees.

‍The Campgrounds Team will have a strong presence throughout all campsites this year. Campsites that are littered with waste will be penalised for doing so. Campsite cleanliness will be a major focus, and the Campgrounds Team will enforce this throughout the weekend. Patrons who refuse to take this on board and improve the state of their space after their first warning may be ejected from the festival.

Please note that no campsites will have access to power except for those in glamping.

Main Info Hub

The Main Info Hub is your home base. It’s encouraged that you identify its location when you first make your way into the arena, as this is the main point of contact for lost property and assistance while you are away from your camp.

Conveniently, it’s also a great place to use as a central meeting point for you and your friends. The Main Info Hub will be staffed 24 hours a day with a team of volunteers and staff who will answer any questions you might have throughout your time at Pitch. The Info Boards will be located within the main arena, close to the Info Hub and will be updated daily. You should frequently check the Info Board to stay updated with any important news or information throughout the festival.
