Come participate in the Horsham Mothers Day Classic, a charity fun run held on Mother’s Day in Sawyer Park, Horsham.
The Mother’s Day Classic event has been running since 1998 and has raised over $30 million and funded more than 30 breast cancer research projects across Australia.

This is not a ‘race’ to the finish line and will not formally keep time for the participants; therefore, runners and walkers are encouraged to have fun around the course. Participants are also encouraged to fundraise leading up to the event to try and raise as much money as possible to be donated to this worthy cause.
Last year’s event attracted over 120,000 participants nationally and has raised over $10.8 million for breast cancer research since its inception. The Horsham Mothers Day Classic event is now in its thirteenth year and has proven to be a huge success attracting over 500 participants and raising over $6,000.00 each year for breast cancer research.
The course traditionally runs along the Wimmera River, over to the wetlands and then returns along the river. The trail suits prams and wheelchairs, and dogs are welcome to join the fun! Come a little earlier for a remembrance ceremony and a fun warm-up for all participants.
The check-in area is near the Sound Shell (look out for the pink Mother’s Day Classic flag), and parking is available along Hocking Street and Firebrace Street.
So come over to Horsham and join in on the Horsham Mothers Day Classic. All money raised goes to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
